Garden Trading retail website – promotions and offers; general terms
Please note that by taking advantage of any promotion or offer, you agree to the website terms and conditions, which can be found at: Website Terms of Use. Garden Trading’s terms and conditions (including those set out below) are governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute which arises in connection with any of the terms.
From time to time, Garden Trading may offer promotional discounts, discount codes, money-off vouchers, automatic discounts and multi-buy offers (“Promotions”) on www.shopsup.store, via email or through other marketing channels.
All Promotions are subject to these terms and any specific terms stated on the website or in the relevant marketing communication.
GENERAL PROMOTION TERMS
Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Promotions apply only to selected full-priced items;

Gift cards, e-vouchers and any other excluded products or categories are excluded from Promotions;

Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion or promotional code;

Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed;

Promotions have no cash alternative and are non-transferable; and
-
Only one Promotion may be used per order unless expressly stated otherwise.
“Full-priced items” means products sold at their standard retail price and not already subject to any markdown, bundle pricing or promotional reduction.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Garden Trading.
Garden Trading reserves the right to:

withdraw, amend, suspend or extend any Promotion at any time without notice;

vary the level of discount or qualifying criteria for any Promotion;
-
change the products or categories included in or excluded from any Promotion;
-
correct any pricing, technical or administrative errors relating to a Promotion; and
-
refuse, cancel or limit any order where it reasonably believes a Promotion is being used fraudulently, abusively or contrary to these terms.
Promotions do not create any ongoing entitlement or right to receive discounted pricing on future purchases.
PROMOTIONAL CODES & MONEY-OFF VOUCHERS
From time to time, Garden Trading may issue promotional codes or money-off vouchers (“Codes”).
To redeem a Code at www.shopsup.store, enter the Code during the checkout process where indicated. The applicable discount will then be applied to your order.
Codes are valid only for the period specified on the website or in the relevant email or marketing communication and cannot be used outside that period.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Codes:

may only be used once per transaction;

apply only to selected full-priced items; and
-
cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promotion.
If products purchased using a Code are returned, refunds will be issued for the discounted price paid for the returned item.
Where a minimum spend or qualifying threshold applied to the use of a Code, and a return subsequently reduces the order value below that threshold, Garden Trading reserves the right to deduct the value of the Promotion from any refund due.
